Essentials Plan
- $365, annual subscription, paid upfront ($1 per day)
- Ability to request services through personal Client Hub online portal
- Guaranteed point of contact within next business day
- No home walkthrough
- Hourly labor rate $90/hour
Emergency Services Available - Coming Soon
- $125/hour emergency labor rate Monday thru Friday
- $180/hour emergency labor rate Weekends/Holidays
- Available between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm

Home Services
Premium Plan
- Includes Whole Home walkthrough + customized maintenance plan
- Ability to request services through personal Client Hub online portal
- Expedited scheduling for Work Requests (“move to the top of the list”)
- Includes additional rewards program
- Includes discounts on remodeling services through JM Construction
- Pricing = $0.30 per sq.ft. of Living space, decks, balconies, etc.
- Hourly labor rate $80/hour (12% savings vs. “Essentials” plan)
Emergency Services Available - Coming Soon
- $110/hour Mon. thru Fri. (12% savings)
- $150/hour Weekends/Holidays (16% savings)
- Available between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm
